Aunthentic Food

Warning: This content contains lots of meat

In my last post I said that I would share 2 food that would blow your mind, and tie up your whole experience of Singapore.

Today’s menu is Bak Ku Teh.

Bak ku Teh is a Chinese soup that has been apart of singapore’s traditional breakfast food for many years.  Bak Ku Teh, translates to “ meat bone tea”, which are basically pork ribs simmered in complex broth of herbs and spices.

Singapore’s Best Bak Ku Teh Restaurant is Ng Ah Sio Bak ku TehIt was established since 1950s and is a family business so it is located on the side of the road and thus is not as big or prestigious.

What You MUST order.

This then lead to my final tip for today.

Tip #8: When you get there you are given a hot kettle with the stove behind you,
the cutleries and cups in a metal basin. Make sure to pour the
hot water into the bowl where cutleries are.
